In this class, we seek to foster the next generation of scientific innovators as well as citizens who are skeptical, curious, and evidence-based thinkers. Students explore natural phenomena with the purpose of solving authentic problems while developing and enhancing their mental models using physical, digital, and pictorial models to help make their thinking visible.
